Our client wanted to recreate and fully re-fit their property's hardwood sash windows and doors, to re-imagine the building's origin story, taking them back to their glory days.

New and improved windows that will stand the test of time

A complete re-fit on this property of all hardwood sash windows, built and installed by FA North. We were involved in all aspects of the design and build. We manufacture windows to match existing designs, using modern techniques. All frames are preservate treated, primed and undercoated, or two coats of Microporous stain.

Window Frames are manufactured to comply with Fensa regulations and requirements and incorporate weather seals to opening lights, trickle head ventilation and Planitherm Total + 24 mm low-E double glazing. We are able to provide a choice of Ironmongery in both design and finish, Multi-Point Locking systems for extra security can also be incorporated.

All purpose-made windows, including hardwood windows, meet new Part L building reg. minimum C-rated windows.
