We manufacture conservatories and timber porches to any size or shape

Conservatories and porches can be a brilliant way of adding extra space to your property and they bring with them an abundance of practical solutions. But what if you’re seeking a little more from your renovation?

When the right time and care is taken over a structure like a timber conservatory, garden room or porch, the results can be show-stopping. Our expert team understands this and that’s why they will seek to understand your personal needs and work with you to deliver the right design for both you and the style of your property.

Why choose a timber conservatory?

Timber conservatories are renowned for their timeless elegance. Provided that you use good quality wood, and with the appropriate aftercare, your conservatory will remain in superb condition for years to come.

We specialise in manufacturing and installing bespoke timber conservatories, garden rooms and orangeries that meet all of our customers' needs. In doing this, we use the best quality materials such as timber and toughened glass, as well as features such as multi-point locking systems, to deliver premium quality projects.

Because of its charm and elegance, wood is a popular choice. It’s also popular because it’s considered to be one of the more sustainable solutions available. Above all, timber is a diverse product to work with, offering a practical solution for both traditional projects and contemporary designs.

We have the expertise to help you at every stage of the process including design, manufacture and installation. Over the many decades that we’ve been creating conservatories, we’ve developed a great deal of experience working with other professionals such as architects, site managers and local authorities, so we understand what is needed to deliver the best projects.

We offer to supply only or to supply and fit onto a prepared base. Conservatories can be designed with glass, polycarbonate or tile roofs, manufactured in European Redwood to fresh sawn heavy section Oak.

Which style of conservatory is right for your home?

If you haven't yet decided which style of timber conservatory you would like, we can arrange a visit to your property to discuss what type of structure might be suitable. In doing so, we will take into account the age and style of the property and other factors - such as whether or not you have a listed building or you are located in a conservation area.

It can be helpful to think about what you will be using your garden building or timber conservatory for. Modern advancements in glazing, ventilation and insulation mean that conservatories can be suitable for a much wider range of uses than ever before. Our customers use their new spaces for dining, entertaining or relaxing, cultivating plants, as exercise studios, playrooms, home offices and much more.

Choose a conservatory layout to suit you

When choosing a style the possibilities are endless - gone are the days when your layout was confined to a simple cube. Modern manufacturing techniques mean that it’s possible to really make the most of the ground space that you have.

Another consideration is the choice of roof for your structure and this can really define the overall feel of the building. Possible styles include tiled, Victorian, Edwardian or Georgian, and you can send us drawings or get in touch with us to have a chat about your specific needs.

Hardwood timber conservatory

We designed, built and installed this beautiful hardwood conservatory for a customer in Southwell, a town in the district of Newark and Sherwood, Nottinghamshire.

Built on a low brick base, we were involved throughout the project in all aspects of the design and build. This included manufacturing the Planitherm double glazing units, plumbing for the central heating, roofing, downlights and all other associated timber works.

There were additional challenges for this particular project because it was located in a conservation area of Southwell. This means that the area concerned has special architectural or historic interest and so the local planning authority takes measures to protect its character.
